Advanced Thermal Catalytic Processing
Our continuous pretreated preheated feed processing system incorporates special catalyst neutralisers depending on feedstock composition allowing the waste to be fractioned at lower temperatures. These lower temperatures yield some of the highest quality oil on the market.
RecOil Production
This yield we call RecOil Stage 1 is a high-quality product characterised by a high API gravity and low TAN (total acidity number) and sulfur content. We do not stop there. We then put this yield through a further purification using additional neutralisers and a centrifugal filtration process, resulting in some of the highest grade oil available in the pyrolysis oil market.
